With this quick and easy recipe, you’ll surprise everyone with its homemade flavor.
- 500 gr. of ground chicken
- 1 cup of Harina Los Gallos® (flour)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1½ cups of breading
- Frying oil
- French fries
- Thousand Island dressing
- Ketchup
- Parsley
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the egg, milk, salt, pepper, and half of the Harina Los Gallos® flour. Refrigerate the mixture for a few minutes to make it easier to handle. Then, shape the nuggets with the mixture.
- Coat the nuggets in Harina Los Gallos® flour, then dip them in the beaten egg and milk mixture, and finally, cover them with the breading mix. Repeat the breading process twice for a crispier texture. Refrigerate the breaded nuggets again before frying.
- We heat enough oil in a frying pan and fry the nuggets until they are golden and cooked through. We drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. To serve, we accompany the nuggets with French fries. We serve them with Thousand Island dressing and ketchup. We garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
