Molinos GEMSO was founded as a family business and continues the legacy of our founder, José Ramón Fernández Suárez. Today, proud of our history, we lead the milling industry in Northwest Mexico with recognized brands such as Los Gallos, Magnífica del Valle, and Noroeste, bringing quality, flavor, and tradition to thousands of households.

GEMSO Hermosillo Mill

Founded in 1935 as the first public limited company (Sociedad Anónima) in Sonora, Molino La Fama is the origin of what is now Molinos GEMSO Hermosillo and the beginning of the story of a successful company. With 90 years of experience, we are a benchmark in the production of premium-quality wheat flours, made with deep knowledge of the grain and a strong family tradition.Our flours nourish families and drive industries in northwest Mexico and the southern United States, serving bakers, pastry chefs, tortilla makers, and livestock producers throughout the region.

GEMSO Los Mochis Mill

As the main distributor of flours in northwestern Mexico, Molinos GEMSO plays a fundamental role in the regional economy. Our presence in Sinaloa allows us to be close to our clients, offering them personalized service and products adapted to their specific needs.

GEMSO Culiacán Mill

Since its incorporation into the GEMSO Group in 1971, Harinera de Sinaloa, now Molinos GEMSO Culiacán, has been a cornerstone of wheat flour production in northwest Mexico. Strategically located in the heart of Culiacán, we operate at full capacity to serve the region’s baking, pastry, tortilla, and livestock industries. Our commitment to innovation drives us to develop new products that respond to the market’s changing needs, always delivering the quality and reliability that define us.
